Overview

We are a startup incubated at AIC Catalyst, actively seeking a motivated HR Intern who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. This will be an unpaid internship for 3 months; however, it will provide a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience, work on challenging projects, and build significant skills in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc)

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for HR, Business Administration or related fields
• Basic knowledge of labour laws
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
